Canada steel shipments 2007

Statistics Canada has just released the November 2007 monthly steel shipment report. Shipments of steel mill products by Canadian mills were just shy of 13.7 million metric tonnes through November. Nucor 2007 quarterly and annual financial results

AK Steel Q4 2007 results

AK Steel announced Q4 and full year 2007 results today. Operating income for Q4 was $98 per ton and EBITDA was $128 per ton. AK indicated that Q1 2008 operating income should be around $100 per ton. I’ll be tracking quarterly results in an on-line spreadsheet here.
